For years our real estate and civil clients asked our attorneys to advise them in estate planning matters. In 2015, we decided to focus several attorneys on protecting beneficiaries and Cal-Probate was formed.
Our decision to broaden our practice areas was a smashing success. Trusts, wills, probate, trust litigation, estate administration and probate litigation now comprises twenty five percent of our firm.
Our trial experienced attorneys are not only able to navigate our clients through present issues, but also are able to advise how the decisions may impact the future.

For the past 10 years since law school, Gemelito has been focused on drafting outstanding law and motion documents.
Since obtaining her master’s degree, Genesis has been focused on learning the legal business. As the firm’s top paralegal she has now set her sites on law school.
